Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of TenderBridge (www.tenderbridge.online), a digital marketplace operated by STABLE SERVICE COMPANY LIMITED. By creating an account or paying any fee you accept these terms.

1. Who we are

TenderBridge is a trading platform operated by STABLE SERVICE COMPANY LIMITED, a limited liability company incorporated in the United Republic of Tanzania under the Companies Act, 2002 — BRELA Certificate of Incorporation No. 205015213, holding Taxpayer Identification Number 205-015-213.

Registered office and place of business: 6th Floor, NHC Building, Samora Ave, Ilala CBD, Dar es Salaam. Postal address: P.O. BOX 100093, Dar es Salaam. Support: support@tenderbridge.online / +255 769 355 793.

2. Nature of the service

TenderBridge is an information and access service. We publish verified tender files submitted by contract holders and give registered investors the ability to review them and express interest. We charge users only for platform access and publication services.

We are NOT a bank, a lender, a deposit taker, a securities dealer, an investment adviser, an escrow agent or a money transmitter. We do not receive, hold, pool, invest or disburse investor capital. Funding agreements are concluded directly between a tender holder and an investor, outside the platform, under their own contract.

Every payment collected through the platform is a service fee payable to STABLE SERVICE COMPANY LIMITED for its own services. No payment made on the platform constitutes an investment, a loan, a deposit or a transfer of funds to a third party.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. Business accounts must be opened by a person authorised to represent the business.

  • Explorer — free browsing, with or without an account. Explorers see only sector, contract value, funding required, preferred deal and project duration.
  • Tender Holder — a business holding an awarded contract who wishes to publish a tender file.
  • Investor — a person or institution seeking contract-backed funding opportunities.

Accounts are personal. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

4. Verification (KYC)

Before a tender file is published or a funding profile is approved, we verify the account. We may request company registration documents, TIN, business licence, the award letter and the identity document of the authorised representative.

We may refuse, suspend or reverse verification where documents are incomplete, inconsistent or suspected to be falsified.

5. Fees and payment

The platform is free to browse. A tender holder pays TZS 10,000 for each tender file published. An investor pays TZS 10,000 for full access to one tender file. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.

Payments are collected in Tanzanian Shillings through licensed mobile money channels operated by our payment service providers. You authorise the charge by approving the prompt on your own mobile money wallet.

A success fee of 1% of funding successfully facilitated through the platform is payable only when a deal is actually funded. Full details are on the Fee Schedule page.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not submit false, forged or misleading documents or contract information.
  • Do not use the platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions evasion, fraud or any illegal activity.
  • Do not solicit users off-platform in order to avoid fees, or resell, scrape or republish tender file content.
  • Do not impersonate another business or misuse another user's identity or documents.

We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches these rules, and report unlawful conduct to the competent Tanzanian authorities.

7. No guarantee of outcome

Publishing a tender file does not guarantee funding. Paying to unlock a tender file does not guarantee a transaction, a return or the accuracy of information supplied by the tender holder. Verification is a documentary check, not a warranty of commercial performance.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Tanzanian law, our total liability to any user for any claim is limited to the fees that user paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or loss of expected funding.

9. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time by writing to support@tenderbridge.online. We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, for regulatory reasons, or where a payment is disputed or reversed. Fees already earned for services delivered are not refunded on closure.

10. Changes, law and disputes

We may update these terms; the version published on www.tenderbridge.online with its update date is the version in force. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.

Governing law and jurisdiction: Laws of the United Republic of Tanzania; courts of Dar es Salaam. Please contact support@tenderbridge.online first — we aim to resolve complaints amicably before any legal step.
