Fee Schedule
Everything STABLE SERVICE COMPANY LIMITED charges on TenderBridge: who pays, what for, how much, when, and in which currency.
1. What is being sold
We sell two digital services on our own account: publication of a tender file for a tender holder, and full access to one tender file for an investor. No other product is sold on the platform, and no funds belonging to third parties pass through our accounts.
2. Free of charge
- Browsing the marketplace, with or without an account.
- Registering as a tender holder or investor and completing KYC verification.
- Viewing the summary terms of any verified tender file (sector, contract value, funding required, preferred deal, duration).
3. Tender file upload fee
Amount: TZS 10,000. Paid by: the tender holder. Charged: once per contract or tender file, before publication. Covers: submission, administrative review and publication of one tender file, and receipt of investor interest on it.
4. Tender file access fee
Amount: TZS 10,000. Paid by: the investor. Charged: once per tender file unlocked. Covers: permanent access on that account to the holder and client identity, the contract summary, the attached documents and the verification evidence for that single tender file.
5. Success fee
A transaction commission of 1% of funding successfully facilitated through the platform is invoiced only when a deal is actually funded. Unfunded listings are never charged a success fee. The commission is invoiced separately and is not collected automatically from a mobile money wallet.
6. Currency and taxes
All fees are charged in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS). Amounts shown in USD or EUR on this site are indicative conversions for information only; the amount debited from your wallet is the TZS amount.
Prices are inclusive of any applicable Tanzanian indirect taxes. A receipt is available on your Billing page and, on request to support@tenderbridge.online, a tax invoice issued under TIN 205-015-213.
7. How you pay
Payment is made by mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, Halopesa) through our licensed payment service providers. You enter your mobile money number on the platform, approve the prompt on your handset, and access opens as soon as the payment settles. We never ask for your PIN and we do not store card or wallet credentials.
No fee recurs. Nothing renews automatically and there is no subscription to cancel.
