Trust & safety

Do the deal in the open. Stay protected.

Contract financing attracts serious operators — and a few who are not. This page shows the signals we check, the ones you should check, and why every message and every payment belongs inside TenderBridge.

Four rules that protect you

Only deal with verified files

Every tender file carries a status. A verified badge means our team checked the award letter, the TIN, the BRELA registration and the trading licence against the issuing bodies.

Keep the conversation in the inbox

Chats inside TenderBridge are timestamped and retained. If a deal goes wrong, that history is the evidence our team works from. A conversation moved to a private number cannot be supported.

Pay through the platform

Access fees and subscriptions are collected by TenderBridge through licensed mobile money and card providers. Nobody at TenderBridge will ever ask you to send money to a personal wallet.

Confidential by design

Holder identity, documents and contacts stay masked until a paid unlock. Files carry an invisible watermark tied to the viewer, so leaked copies are traceable.

Before you commit

Five checks that take ten minutes

  1. 01

    Read the verification panel

Open the file and check each document line: award letter, tax identification, company registration, sector licence. Anything marked pending is not yet confirmed.

  2. 02

    Cross-check the registry

Company numbers can be confirmed with BRELA and tax numbers with the Tanzania Revenue Authority. A genuine holder will never object to that check.

  3. 03

Match the money to the name

Payout details must carry the exact registered company name. A personal account on a corporate contract is a stop signal.

  4. 04

    Agree milestones before funding

Funds should follow delivery. Write the milestones into the file so both sides are measured against the same schedule.

  5. 05

    Report anything that feels wrong

Use the report action on the file, or reach the team on WhatsApp. Reports are reviewed the same working day. 255688341865

Red flags

Walk away when you see this

  • Pressure to close today, or a discount that expires within hours.
  • A request to continue on WhatsApp, Telegram or e-mail before the file is unlocked.
  • An award letter with no procuring entity reference, or a scan whose stamps do not match the issuing office.
  • A bank or mobile money account whose name differs from the registered company.
  • A counterparty who refuses a live video call or a site visit.
  • An upfront 'facilitation fee', 'clearing fee' or 'commitment fee' paid outside TenderBridge.

What TenderBridge does on its side

  • Documents are reviewed by a human before a file becomes visible.
  • Holder identity stays hidden until an investor pays for access.
  • Every payment runs through licensed providers, never a personal wallet.
  • Message history, edits and deletions are logged for dispute review.
  • Files that reach their target close automatically to new investors.
  • Accounts linked to forged documents are suspended and reported.

One rule above all

If a deal leaves the platform, our protection leaves with it. Chat, agree and pay here — that is what lets us step in when something goes wrong.
